Why is Founding Member pricing so much lower than future rates?
We’re building a community from the ground up, and we want to reward the people who believe in Vitalora before we open. Founding Members help us create momentum, and in return, you lock in pricing that will never be available again.
What happens after my first year?
You’ll have the opportunity to renew your membership annually at the same Founding Member rate you locked in. As long as you remain a member, your pricing stays the same, even as future member rates increase.
I'm interested, but I'm not sure I can commit to 12 months. Can I try it first?
We understand the hesitation. Founding Membership requires a one-year commitment because consistency is key to real wellness results. However, this is also why we’re offering four tiers, so you can choose the level that feels right for your goals and lifestyle. Once we open, memberships at these rates won’t be available. We have special financing available through Affirm and Pay by HFA programs for our future members.
How is Vitalora different from other wellness studios?
Most wellness studios focus on one or two modalities. Vitalora brings together multiple advanced technologies under one roof, so you can design a wellness routine that works for your whole body—not just one area. Plus, we’re not a franchise. We’re a locally owned, premium center built specifically for the Bedford Hills community.
What if a service I want requires an intake or isn't immediately available?
Some of our premium experiences require a brief consultation to ensure safety and suitability. We’ll always work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your goals and readiness.
Can I upgrade my membership tier later?
Yes, Founding Members can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, subject to availability. Your Founding Member pricing will apply to the new tier, and you’ll keep your locked-in rate for life as long as you maintain continuous membership.
When does Founding Member enrollment close?
Enrollment closes when tier capacity is reached or on April 1, 2026, whichever comes first. Spots are limited, and once they’re gone, Founding Member rates are no longer available.
